How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Usofcode Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Usofcode Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong to you
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Usofcode Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Massachusetts.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@usofcode.lifestyle and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
